深耕亞洲，壯大世華
自2012年初成為日本分會會員，與【世華】結下緣分；再於同年10月協助第七屆總會長施郭鳳珠籌辦日本大阪世界年會，有機會學習到總會大大們的風範；復於2017年授命籌組日本關西分會，凝聚日本華商姊妹情誼，帶著大家在全球交流平台學習與成長；2020年更榮幸獲得【華冠獎】表揚，打開人生視野，觀摩到全球傑出華商姊妹的生命價值。
過去十年多，在【世華】園地的歷練與學習，一步步推進著我往人生更高的境界攀峰，幫助我在2021年年初受聘擔任中華民國僑務委員，和連續當選兩屆日本台商總會總會長的過程，能夠胸有成竹、從容應對。同時，更加強我追求夢想的勇氣，再度回到校園唸書。
非常榮幸，能夠受到莊住維總會長的邀請，擔任第十二屆副總會長，讓我有機會回饋【世華】對我多年的栽培。住維總會長是個人非常欣賞與敬佩的【華冠獎】得主前輩，她由內而外散發的自信與典雅氣質，以及勇於挑戰、不斷自我突破的精神，讓人心嚮往之。期盼未來二年任期，能夠在住維總會長的指導與帶領下，承擔責任，不負所託。
【世華】在亞洲地區一共有9個分會，國別囊括日本、泰國、新加坡、越南、馬來西亞、柬埔寨。與日本鄰近的韓國，和華人人口數眾多的印尼、緬甸、菲律賓，都還有發展的空間。期盼姊妹們一起努力在這些國家開枝散葉，壯大【世華】組織！

Deeply Cultivate Japan, Strengthen GFCBW
In the beginning of 2012, I joined the GFCBW as a member of the Japanese chapter and engaged in a relationship with the federation; In October of the same year, I assisted the 7th Chairwoman, Nancy Shih, in organizing the Osaka World Annual Conference in Japan. I thus have had the opportunity to learn the style of Chairwomans and all sisters of the federation; In 2017, I was assigned to organize the Kansai Branch of Japan to bring together the sisterhood of Chinese businesswomen in Japan. Later on, I led branch members to learn and grow on the global GFCBW exchange platform, and in 2020, I was honored to earn the Huaguan Award. All these things have opened up my vision of life, so that I can observe the life value of the world's outstanding Chinese business sisters.
For the past ten years, the experience and learning in the GFCBW Garden have gradually advanced me to a higher realm in life. It helped me to be appointed as a Commissioner of the Overseas Community Affairs Council of the Republic of China in early 2021 as well as to be elected as the President of the Japan Taiwanese Chamber of Commerce & Industry for two consecutive terms. At the same time, GFCBW strengthens my courage to pursue my dreams and return to school again.
It is a great honor to be invited by Chairwoman Chuang Chuwei to serve as the 12th Vice Chairwoman of the federation, this appointment gives me the opportunity to feed back to the GFCBW for its years’ cultivation. Chairwoman Chuang is a former winner of the Huaguan Award whom I appreciate and admired. Her self-confidence and elegant temperament, radiating from the inside out, as well as her spirit of courage to take challenges and constantly set no limits for herself, make people eager for her stewardship. I look forward to the next two years of office under the guidance and leadership of Chairwoman Chuang, so that I can take responsibility and live up to her trust.
There are nine GFCBW branches in Asia, including Japan, Thailand, Singapore, Vietnam, Malaysia, and Cambodia. South Korea, which is close to Japan, and Indonesia, Myanmar, and Philippines, which have a large Chinese population, afford us additional scope for us to develop. I look forward to the sisters working together to spread their chapters in these countries and strengthen the GFCBW organization even more!
