卓越貢獻，以善傳家、以愛濟世
回首加入世華已近27 個年頭，從52 歲接任世華第六屆總會長時，一路追隨柯杜創會總會長，將全球各分會與總會凝聚共識，深度連結，同時在台灣創立了兩個分會，從全球54 個分會至今經歷了施郭鳳珠榮譽總會長、陳上春名譽總會長、黎淑瑛名譽總會長、劉琍綺名譽總會長、陳阡蕙名譽總會長及莊住維總會長等的竭盡付出，至目前全球已有89 個分會，成為台灣非營利組織中數一數二的國際工商婦女社團。
2022 年莊住維總會長自接任後以「創薪、創新、創心：尊重傳承再永續」以既有基礎價值創新，心懷大愛做好事的心念，帶領第十二屆總會團隊全心投入所有活動與計畫，以智慧創新，用行動實踐世華宗旨及理念。她積極的行動力與執行力幫世華奠定了更厚實的基礎。
在今天這個充滿感恩與神聖的日子，我們看到了第五屆總會長林廖玉女士的長女林淑敏接任世華第十三屆總會長，內心的澎湃與悸動無法言喻。2004 年林淑敏總會長在澳洲成立世華分會，20 多年來對僑界的付出及國民外交工作做出了卓越貢獻，可圈可點。2018 年林淑敏總會長由於事業有成、家庭圓滿、以善傳家、以愛濟世，因而當選第七屆世界十大傑出華商婦女【華冠獎】，堪為婦女楷模。未來世界華人工商婦女企管協會在她的領導下，相信必能再創輝煌。

Outstanding Contributions: Passing on Goodness, Helping the World with Love
Looking back, it has been nearly 27 years since I joined GFCBW. When I took over as the 6th Chairwoman of GFCBW at the age of 52, I followed closely in the footsteps of Founding Chairwoman Ko Tu, working to unite global chapters with the main organization, fostering deeper connections. During this time, I also established two new chapters in Taiwan. From the initial 54 global chapters, through the tireless efforts of Honorary Chairwomen Nancy Shih, Teresa Chen, Shu-Ying Li, Alice Liu, Sherry Chen, and current Chairwoman Monica Chuang, GFCBW has now grown to 89 chapters worldwide, making it one of the most prominent international women’s business organizations in Taiwan’s nonprofit sector.
Since Chairwoman Monica Chuang took office in 2022, she has led the 12th term with the motto “Torch, Innovation, Connection: Respect inheritance and sustainable development, innovate existing basic values, have great hearts, and continue to do good deeds”. She and her team have devoted themselves fully to all activities and projects, using wisdom and innovation to implement GFCBW’s mission and vision. Her proactive actions and strong execution have laid an even stronger foundation for GFCBW.
On this day, filled with gratitude and a sense of solemnity, we witness the eldest daughter of the 5th Chairwoman Lin Liao-Yu, Lin Shu-Min, take office as the 13th Chairwoman of GFCBW. The emotions stirred within me are beyond words. In 2004, Chairwoman Shu Min Lin established the Australian chapter of GFCBW, and over the past 20 years, her contributions to the overseas Chinese community and national diplomacy have been outstanding. In 2018, due to her business success, family harmony, commitment to passing on goodness, and helping the world with love, Chairwoman Lin Shu-Min was honored with the 7th Hua Guan Award as one of the Top Ten Outstanding Chinese Businesswomen—a role model for all women. Under her leadership, we believe that GFCBW will continue to flourish and achieve even greater success.
